I.A.CO Environmental & Water Consultants Ltd was established in 2004, succeeding the “Iacovides and Associates” partnership established in 2001.
Founders of I.A.CO are Mr. Iacovos Iacovides, Hydrologist (B.Sc.), Water Resources Expert (M.Sc.) practicing water resources engineering and management since the 1960’s, and Mr. Ayis Iacovides, Civil Engineer (B.Sc.), Environmental Engineer (M.Sc), professionally active in his backgrounds since 2001.
The strong family bonds of the founders, the excellent personal and professional traits, the experience of an acknowledged expert and the enthousiasm and motivation of a young professional, and the complimentarity in the academic backgrounds, proved to have been key foundations for a successful business culture and model that grew and thrived over the years, within a booming and fast paced growing environmental and water management and engineering consultancy market.
The building blocks came soon after its establishment.
I.A.CO swiftly got involved in local and international projects, that required a diligent hiring spree of experts, allowing a conscientious expansion in order to be able to deliver services at the aspired level of professionalism and quality, addressing the needs of customers and beneficiaries beyond expectations.
I.A.CO’s multidisciplined pool of in-house and associated experts both from Cyprus and abroad, grew and evolved over the years, and today carry substantial experience and expertise in a wide range of fields in the environmental and water management sector.
