IACO has been assigned with the great challenge of providing their services to MELCO International Limited to secure compliance with the environmental and ecological conditions set in the Town Planning Permit of the Integrated Casino Resort “City of Dreams Mediterranean” in Zakaki area, Limassol. The Casino Resort is situated in an area next to an important ecological marshland and wetland site (Akrotiri Salt Lake), which is one of the two declared RAMSAR sites in the Republic of Cyprus, and host a number of important bird and flora species and priority habitat types. Our Services include a number of Actions and compliance Reports, covering all phases of the project, from its design to its operation.
